Every visit is designed to give you confidence, clarity and peace of mind.
What to Expect When You Visit
From the moment you arrive, you will see how much care and attention go into every tortoise we look after. We will guide you through our setup, explain how we manage each tortoise individually and answer any questions you may have. No two tortoises are the same, and we treat every guest with the same level of care we would expect for our own.

Our facilities are designed with one goal in mind, to provide the safest and most natural environment possible. You will see both indoor and outdoor setups, specialist heating and lighting, and carefully managed spaces that support health, behaviour and wellbeing at every stage of care
Indoor and Outdoor Enclosures
Outdoor living is always our preferred approach, as this is where tortoises thrive best. We use specialist equipment to keep tortoises outside wherever conditions allow. When needed, we also have a fully climate-controlled indoor facility to maintain correct temperatures and lighting, ensuring consistent care all year round.
Safe Hibernation Services
During your visit, we can explain how our monitored hibernation service works. From preparation and health checks through to controlled environments and regular monitoring, every stage is carefully managed to keep your tortoise safe throughout the process.
Educational Visit
Visits are by appointment only so we can give you the time, care and attention you deserve. Due to our strict biosecurity standards, access inside the enclosures is not permitted, as protecting the health of every tortoise is our top priority. However, we will guide you through everything you need to know, ensuring you leave with a clear understanding of how to properly and confidently care for tortoises.
